Actually you have not mentioned about which state you belongs to. That's why it is quite difficult to say about this as well because some state government provides lots of scholarships for college students.
If you are in your first year then also you can apply for some scholarship which are basically bade on 10 plus two level marks, here is a list of some scholarships to which you can apply
