What if I have admitted to a college in the 1st round of neet ug and didnt get a upgraded seat in the 2nd round can I apply for the MOP UP?

Now the mop up round for deemed universities is already over but you can try for institutional level as you can contact the individual deemed university for the admission as if they have vacant seats then you have chances to get seat there.
