Hello Subhankar,
The official cut off's of GATE 2020 hasn't been released yet. However based on previous years prediction we can say that the cut off for CSE will be 27- 30 for general category while for OBC it will be 26- 28.

2019. 29.5 26.6 19.7
2018. 25 22.5 16.6
