Based on the cutoff of 2018 you have good chances in the following colleges,

Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya -533

Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai-533

Government Medical College, Bettiah -534

Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sheikhpura, Patna -536

Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur -535

Nalanda Medical College and Hospital, Patna -537

Patna Medical College, Patna -552

Shri Krishna medical college-533

Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences, Pavapuri-534

But the cutoff will vary every year depending on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
