As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With these marks you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota.
So, don't worry much and follow the counselling process of your state to secure your seat
