server error after submitting second page of neet 2020 counseling registration on mcc site. Already have received OTP but error showed up before I was asked to enter OTP. Cannot log in with details either. Should I fill the form again from scratch? Afraid I might be debarred if I register again.

This is a very genuine question as this situation is faced by many candidates ,Actually you waited for a while in filling the details which obviously required some time because as the otp would have been expired .I request you to delete all the cache and cookies and then the password for the MCC website then you should reenter your details from the starting as they were not saved.
Then you will be redirected to the page containing the collage's names and then the payment page and further you will be able to do the choice filling.
I hope this help as the main thing is that before entering the otp your details will not be saved.
