she got 578 in neet 19. in AIQ we are general and telangana state BC B category. should we wait for state counselling or paricipate in AIQ

thanks for the replay. she wants in hyderabad. is osmania better or ghandhi medical? if we opt some other college in AIQ, we may not be eligible for state councelling so do you suggest us to wait for state councelling?

I want some query
If I applied for a college in all India counseling then it is that I wouy not aplly for same collage in state counselling

Is it that if someone got seat with all India quota then he or she is not applicable for state counselling
as per my analysis, she will not get in osmania in AIQ .but chances exists for state quote. and if we opt any other govt college in AIQ , she may not be eligible for state councelling (as we got a seat in one college)
