Should I apply to all IITs and NITs indvidually to get admission through gate-17? My rank is 1424 with score of 666 in ECE .What r chances?

Also you can check your chances in IIT's as well as PSU's.
NIT and IIT has different procedure for admission so you will have to apply accordingly.
