Yes, you can do msc from distance . In distance you need to more focus than regular because MSc is research oriented. In distance msc you do not need to attend regular classes. But If you can do msc from regular you can gain more knowledge than distance MSc. because it main focus om research so in regular it is easy to understand. but in distance you need to be very focused and professional.
