240 is quite low marks to fetch you any government college but you can try stray counseling to get any deemed or private universities .

well as per your NET score 240, its difficult to fetch a seat through counselling. So i would suggest you to try for management quota in private medical colleges. Though they have limited seats ledt now but still you can go through it.
