Yeah, you have to participate in the CSAB special round 2019 to get the best seat with your crl rank. Once you can check the previous year closing ranks for all NITs and IIITs and fill your choices in the special round counciling of CSAB 2019 then you can get seat definitely. Hope it helps you.
