Should I go for neet classes for a month??

HI, By NEET classes you mean NEET coaching for a month?
Why you need coaching? YOU DON'T NEED COACHING!
It is upto you if you need it or not.
It all depends on self practice, time management and your hard work and dedication.
So even previous year papers, NCERT books and MCQ's and mock tests can help you to prepare the best.
You will have to start with making a study plan and then prioritize your topics in such a way that you cover each topic in time you gave to self. Give challenges to self and try to complete those.
Keep in MIND:

• Revise the entire syllabus with a vision. Don't read entire theory again and again.
• Practice as much questions as you can and try to understand the solution of those who you have attempted wrong.
• This is a game of speed and accuracy and examination temperament so more practice leads to success.

If the above helps you, then you don't need coaching.
