Should my passport, as well as postcard photo have my name and date of when photograph is clicked, mentioned for NEET registration ?

Your name and date of taking the photo must be on your passport size photograph. Your passport size photo must be taken recently with white background. And your postcard size photo must be taken on or before 1st September, 2019. Name and date on the this is preferable but it is not mandatory. But it must be taken on or before the specified date. Yes your both the passport and postcard size photograph need to have date on it as the date shouldn't  be later than September 1 2019 according to NTA specifications.
