Should the first six digits of neet 2019 roll number match with the Examination centre number.Is there any issue if doesn't match?

Whatever's printed on your admit card is your roll number. It shouldn't actually matter if it doesn't match because you cannot do anything since the NTA has given you that roll number. Make sure you write the right roll number on the answer sheet though.
