should we fill more than one branch in josaa or we can just fill one branch (ex. CS) and josaa will provide us other branches ??

No, you have to fill EVERY option you think you want. JOSAA will NOT allocate branches other than the ones that you have chosen. If you choose only CSE, you will not be considered for ECE, etc.
