since, there where many courses after 12 class but I am very confused which course is best???

It's ok to have doubts and confusion regarding what course you should, it's pretty normal, it happens with many students. Now coming to what course you should opt I would suggest you to go with your interest. You should select a course after your class 12th on the basis of your your ambition, your aptitude and interest. A course should not be selected just for money you wish to earn. Although it sounds impractical that money follows passion, but it is true. Selecting a right course is not just about selecting a career but is about selecting a right career and a proper institution to complete it so take some time and decide which course you want to pursue .
