To be wligible for JEE Adavnced, you need to qualify JEE Mains cutoffs. The boards qualifying criteria for general and OBC category students is to have an aggregate of 75 percentage in CBSE Class 12th boards. For SC/ST Candidates, the aggregate percentage should be at least 65 percentage. For students belonging to other boards, they need to be in top 20 percentile of their respective boards.

As you have mentioned that you scored 66 Percent in your +2 and 58 percent in JEE , you aren't eligible for JEE advanced as the criteria for eligibility is that you should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of at least 75% marks.(For open category) For more detailed information check the below link.
