Hope you are doing well.

Yes, ofcourse you can pursue Phd after completing Masters of Engineering. You are eligible to apply for National Eligibility Test after completing or while pursuing Master's degree. You need to qualify NET for pursuing Phd in any respective discipline, you have completed your Masters in.
