To get admission in a government medical college through All India 15 % quota, you'll have to score above 570 to increase your odds of selection.
If you have a domicile certificate of your native state, you can contest for the 85% quota of your state. The cut off scores in that case will be a little lesser.
I'd recommend you to try scoring above 570 in either case.
