Dear Student,
You need to pay only once for the registration and you can participate in every round of the counselling for any exam.
And if you got any seat during the counselling then you need to pay extra money(depends of the university rules) as a acceptance fee and in further round you can upgrade your seat if you want. And that acceptance fee you will pay will further add to your 1st year fee.
