Hi there,
Anybody who registers for counseling, be it centralised or state, gets to fill all the choices of medical and dental colleges available at the portal. But mind you, that doesn't guarantee you a seat in a government college. Whether you will get a seat depends on your rank, score, category and the state you belong to(in case of state counseling).
You can check the past cut off trends of your state for your category to get an idea of whether you have a chance or not.
