Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

Sorry dear but you won't be able to get any govt medical College seat as the qualifying marks for general category is 50 %which is around 360 marks but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges.
