No, you cant as all the processes related to neet 2019 has already been done and now even the admit cards are going to be out so there is not any chance now.But don't feel disheartened and instead start preparing for next year with full enthusiasm so that you could score more and make it to the top government medical colleges.

Dear Roshini, NEET applications was closed after being extended once. The correction window also has been closed. Now there is no chance to apply as the admit cards will be released soon. Sorry to disappoint you but as the deadline for applying for NEET has been closed, there is no possibility for filling in the NEET application.
