Hi there.
Looking at your marks in NEET 2019, the chances of getting a government college in West Bengal are quite low because your marks are quite below the closing mark trends of past years. You might want to look forward to these government college as you're closest to get into one of them:
Sagore Dutta
Malda
Murshidabad
JNM, Kalyani
ESIC, Joka
Although if you fail to get any of them you will surely get a private seat in West Bengal given your State Quota and your OBC Category.
Thank you and all the best.

Hello student,
With a score of 454 in the OBC category, the chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges is less when comparing the results of previous years. Last year , a score of 474 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, Maldah in OBC b category and a score of 479 got a seat for OBC a category in the same college under the state quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link
