sir can i get any nit with 86 percentile in General catagory in 2020..?

With 86 percentile in JEE mains, 2020 your rank will be approximately between 125000 and 127000. As you mentioned, you are from general category it is quiet difficult to get an admission in any of the NITs with this score.
