As you know neet is very competitive exam and nowadays it is very difficult for you to get Government college for neet..
But their is no worry, You can give neet while doing mbbs with more preperation

yes, you can attempt neet even after joining into mbbs college. But why you want to re attempt look is it okk that if you aren't satisfied to your current college but there is no guarantee that you crack it again.

The point is that all colleges have a bond  and you have to pay certain amount if you leave it before 30 days and All your certificates are deposited at the college and without them where will you take admission.

searching for another college is not a good idea. So you must think properly before such a decision that's what I want.
