If we compare these two colleges them Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology is better than Ch Ranbir Singh State Institute of Engineering and Technology.
The faculty, campus life, college environment and placements are better in Guru Jambheshwar University while Ch Ranbir Singh is an average college overall.
However, if you consider the courses, even though the academics are better in Guru Jambheshwar, but the scope of CSE in the market or industry is higher than Mechanical.
You need to make a choice considering the above factors and also your convenience.
