IIT Kanpur offer Bachelor of Science programme (B.S). It is a 4 year Undergraduate programme in Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Economics, Mathematics and Scientific Computing, Physics.
Admission to the programme is done through JEE Advanced entrance exam. JEE Advanced is a national level entrance exam. You will first have to qualify the JEE Main exam and then you can appear for the JEE Advanced exam.
See, average package and placement varies and it depend on the knowledge and skills of the candidate also.

IiT dont offer Any Bsc programs. Onlu Msc programme is offered by IIT JaM exam and average package is 5 to 8lpa for all IIT.
For undergraduate, only BTech courses are offered and B. Arch which are 4 year duration courses based on Jee Advanced exam scores. Average package will vary for all IITs.
