Yes, if you met the 75% eligibility requirements and passed your board exams in math, physics, and chemistry, you can enrol in NITs as a PCMB student with math as an elective. You have a good chance of getting into an NIT if your JEE Main rank is 19,000, particularly if you apply through your home state quota or in less competitive fields like metallurgy, chemical, or civil engineering. Newer NITs or branches with less demand are likely to have easier CSE or ECE requirements than top NITs.
