This year for OBC expected cut off is 453-450 In TN NEET. Your marks are 380, so you admission in govt college in Tamil Nadu is difficult. But you must not lose hope. You can always apply for counselling and wherever you will be eligible, you will be called upon by that concerned college. Hope this helps:)
