Sorry to say but i don't think you can get neigrihms medical college with this score. Last year, the second rank of Manipur with a score of 500+ chose neigrihms . This proves how much neigrihms is in demand. You can wait for TMC but with a score in 340s, the chances are very slim. You might just get into sikkim manipal. But don't worry it also depends on your home state. There are some seats reserves for States in North East. Just wait for the official cutoff. And see what happens
