Sir, I am getting 129 marks in neet2019 & i am belong ST in WEST BENGAL, I have any chance for Govt. Medical College under State quota.

I am sorry to tell you but you will not be able to get a government college under any quota with 129 marks. It's nearly impossible for you to get even a low ranking private college for Dental. I think you should drop a year if you're determined to do medical or pursue some other course. I wish you all the best!
