Sir, I am getting 47 in GATE civil session 2 , 2017 .Which are the best colleges available irrespective of any branch? Can i get any iit?

In IIT's Chances are less, U can try for NIT's. If u have cast reservation (SC/ST) we can expect IIT's also.
