sir i am getting not eligible to seat allotment round 2 ,can i know the reason why i hapoen sir?

Based on your profile I assume that you have gone for counseling for the Engineering such as JOSAA, or AP EAMCET.

They have a policy that, if you get your first choice college of the list of colleges you filled in a particular round, you are not eligible to appear for the next round. This process is known as AUTOFREEZE. Also if you willingly freeze the seat, you cannot appear for the further rounds of counselling.

So please confirm whether you have got the first choice college in the seat allotment or not.

If it is so, you cannot participate in the  2nd round. If it is not the first choice, please check whether you have chosen to freeze the seat or not.

If its not both the cases, please write an mail to the official authorities of the counselling process about your condition.
