sir i am not able to register for entrance exam.it shows invalid data, so please say an alternate way to register

You have not specified for which entrance but if it for CUET UG, then sorry to inform the last date is over, but you can apply for private universities if you do not want to waste a year.

Edit :- CUET UG application form fill up last date extended till 31 May
