There is no minimum class 12 percentage required for JEE - Main you can appear in JEE - Main with any of your class 12 percentages. Your class 12 percentage takes play in JEE - Advanced exam in which you require a minimum of 75%. If you don't have 75% in your boards you can fill improvement in PCM and try to score better than before.
