Sir i am not understanding about qualifying exam who mentioned in upsee counselling.

what you are not understanding about  qualifying exam.  if a candidate attends the UPSEE exam the candidate have to secure a minimum mark to pass the exam. which will say that you have qualified the exam and have rank as per the general or other category.

for different category different minimum cutoff is specified as:-

• general/OBC/ST:- 25% of 600 i.e. 150
  
• SC:- 20% of 600 i.e. 120
  

if any candidate gets this mark then he/she is qualified and they get a rank according to it.

in counselling they will take your categorical rank and your options of different college amd check for which college you can go for.

The officials decide it.
