Sir I got 192mark in upsee exam from obc category and when I applied for counselling then I got result that I am not eligible for it why sir

According to your marks you have cleared the cutoff of your category then there's no chance for you to not being eligible please contact the aktu office and discuss about your problem or write them through email and if requires you can also visit their head branch office in IET lko campus. They might help you with this

Candidates can attend UPSEE counselling only if their name appears on the merit list released by them. Most probably your name didn't appear. There are very less chances that this is an technical issue.
But whatever be the case, you should have reported the issue earlier. Round 1 counselling is already over. Round 2 is taking place. Still you can ask your problem at the official website. Link is given below-
