Based on your score in NEET, you can get a MBBS seat in UP rural institute of medical sciences and research Etawah last year's cut off was 492, Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya medical college last year cut off 469, Motilal Nehru Medical College last year cutoff 465, Lala Lajpat Rai medical college last year cutoff 429.

Going by the previous cut offs and your score, you have a decent chance at Motilal Nehru Medical College and Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College.
