Hello Venkatesh,
Your query isn't very clear .I have assumed that you are a dropper and would be appearing in NEET in 2020 .So to get admitted in Bangalore Medical College you should keep a Target of scoring above 620 + or under a rank of 10,000 .I am saying this keeping in mind the cut off for last few years .
Just work religiously and prepare well .I am sure you would be in your dream college next year .All the best for your future .Hope this was helpful .
