I am sorry to tell you that you won't probably get Nits with this cutoff.
The cutoffs of NITs drop to 6k-7k for SC category in the worst scenario....but you can still try , there is no harm
I would suggest you to either drop and prepare your level best for the next year or try for some private colleges .
Whatever might be the case, don't feel depressed and disheartened as there are many who are in the same boat as you.
