Sir I belong to Odisha.can I give other state-level engineering exams like Ap-eamcet,mhcet,t-eamcet etc? And if I qualify will they admit me

Yes,if you qulalify the  other state exams then you will get admission in any college in any state at the time of counselling.

*Only disadvantage of candidate who is giving outside state level exams are that 85% seats are reserved for home state students and only 15% for other state students.

Yes of course you can.

In India you can give any exam in any State.and if you  qualify the Exam then you will be selected.

of course there are always some seats are reserved for Home quota.but also  some seats for other State.
