The students who have already passd their Class 12 need to opt for Code 2. The elgibility criteria says that a student from unreserved category needs 50% marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English combined. For unreserved categories, the percentage of marks required is 40%. Having less marks in English should not be a problem if you have the required percentage of marks in the four subjects combined, according to your category. So, even if you have 70 marks in English but have 50% or more (for unreserved), and 40% or more (for reserved) in PCBE, you can apply. Good luck!!
