sir i completed my graduation in bsc on 2015 i preparing for compitative exam still I don't have validity,can i apply for cate validity?

Yes, you can get your caste validity certificate at anytime. Caste Validity Certificate is a certificate validating your caste. You can get it done by going to the revenue or Tehsil office requesting you them to provide the validity certificate.You need to fill the application for it and it will be provided to you within few days.
