I don't think an omr sheet will be rejected for not having signatures when there are more graver mistakes committed. If you have entered your roll no, center code, subject code, question paper code and serial no properly and correctly without any mismatch, your omr sheet will be evaluated correctly by the omr reader and will not be rejected. Not checking the candidates signature was part of invigilators mistake as well but it shouldn't affect you as such.
