Hello Gayathri,
Yes it is possible for you to register in the second round if you did not do it in the first round.
This is not possible in case of All India counselling. This can only be done in State Counselling.
After the Round-1 is completed, a fresh registration will begin for students to register for the Round-2.
Those who have registered in Round-1 need not do it again.
