As you belong to SC category your rank is not bad you can apply for josaa counseling and also apply for GFTI and new IIIT where you can get admission easily .Do not be upset apply for college do not sit vacant you can apply for college HBTU kanpur is government college and placement opportunity is good there you can get admission surely
