As the correction window is now closed, you might want to write to them or get on call with them. However, if the mistake is minor it will not affect the conduction of exam or the declaration of result. However, it might come up at the time of allotment of colleges and counselling. If you let them know before hand and have a copy of the email with you, it should not be a problem.
