As you are a general candidate you have a slim chances of getting a government medical college as the cut-off marks for general category is 500+ if you are applying for 85% state quota seats but you can surely get a top private medical college.

sir can i get private college without donation or sir please tell me about the medical college in or nearby rajasthan with low fees or without donation if i belong to rajasthan state and general categorie

Yes you will surely get a private colleges in Rajasthan like NIMS(Jaipur), Geetanjali medical college(udaipur), mahatma Gandhi medical college (Jaipur) etc they all have fees around 15-20 lakh per annum

sir these fees are too high can i get admission around 4 to 5 lakh per annum in colleges outside rajasthan on basis of neet marks

In private medical colleges you won't get fees less than 10 lakh.
