Dear Anuradha, You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018 the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 493
OBC: 482
SC: 326
ST: 279

If you belong to General Category, it is going to be a closr call but if you belong to Reserved Categories, you have a decent chance at a seat in a Government Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
